Company Profile

BridTech Innovations, Inc. was formed as a corporation in 2011 and is based in Oregon, USA.

The prime objective of the corporation is to create sustainable revenues from the development and the exploitation of cleantech hybrid technology innovations.

Intellectual Property (IP) is the principal product of BridTech.

BridTech's IP portfolio is focused on hybrid technology innovations for power generation systems and propulsion systems.

BridTech's business approach is that of IP licensing, sale of IP patents, and IP development joint-ventures or spin-offs.

BridTech is launching several technologies at the outset in order to ensure its success as a startup company – a success in any of these initial technologies will provide the ROI that its stockholders expect.



Board and Management

BridTech's board of directors is currently composed of two directors who also serve as the managing officers of the corporation.

Bruce G Kirkendall (President and Chief Executive Officer)

Bruce comes from a diverse background. He has been an interstate truck driver, a heavy equipment operator, a certified metal-worker/welder (fabrication, erection, rigging, steel/stainless-steel/aluminum welding), a construction foreman, a law enforcement officer, a real estate broker and corporate president, a manager of a mobile home retail business.

Bruce attended Brigham Young University for a two-year college education.

Bruce brings to BridTech his diverse background and experience as a results-oriented business manager.


R Emmanuel A Castel (Chairman and Chief Technology Officer)

Manuel's background is in software development. He was the founder of SDI Corporation, a systems developer-integrator firm where he was Chairman and Chief Systems Analyst.

Manuel received a B.A. from Brigham Young University-Hawaii.

Manuel has been creating and compiling his innovative technologies for more than 15 years, and he has patiently waited for the right opportunity for his inventions. The hybrid technology innovations in BridTech's initial IP portfolio are Manuel's inventions.
